Key Skills:


Digital Advertising Strategy:
Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Social Media Management:
Plan and implement social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engage target audiences. Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring a consistent brand presence.


Campaign Optimization:
Optimize paid advertising campaigns through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies to maximize organic reach and engagement.

Targeted Advertising:
Utilize audience targeting tools to optimize ad placement and maximize ROI. Develop and implement strategies to reach specific demographics and user segments.


Ad Creative Development:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and compelling ad creatives. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and platform best practices.


Community Engagement:
Foster positive online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries. Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.


Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns and social media initiatives. Generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.


Cross-Channel Integration:
Coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across different channels. Align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies.


Trend Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in social media algorithms. Incorporate trending topics and relevant themes into marketing strategies.


Collaboration Skills:

Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant marketing. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.


Education and experience:
a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry.
