Position Title:

Shift Incharge

Position Summary:

Ensuring day-wise production as per day wise plan of RBD,Stranding and Armouring. Identify and resolving atleast one safety issue in each areas of Wire Drawing,Stranding,Armouring in every month.

Ensuring the Uptime(run time) of the section of Wire Drawing,Stranding and Armouring Section to be more than 80% i.e OR more than 80%.

Ensure production process as per SOP's. Responsible For Monthly PV audit (Ensuring A-grade). FTR100% in Wire Drawing,Stranding and Armouring Section

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Ensuring the daily working sheet of the section of Wire Drawing,

Stranding and Armouring Section is properly filled up and daily working sheets are preserved in for future refence in file of each m/c to maintain trecebility of any product in this section.

Training to operator if required for filling up of daily working sheet.

Ensuring daily proper cleaning of the machineries and equipment in the section of Wire Drawing,Stranding and Armouring Section.

Housekeeping of RM,WIP in proper areas and hand over of daily process Scrap in the sections and handover of scrap daily basis as per SOP and updatation in SAP.

Adherence of process parameters from process sheets ,PDS and other SOP's in shopfloor in the sections.
Monthly PV Audit 100% adherence with no observation.
Closing NC within 24 Hrs of generation. Monthly audit of tools and measuring instrument.

Maintaining Min level of consumable for the section.2.Ensuring the availability of tools for the responsible section. AL =1.5%; Copper 3% (below 5KM copper cable order), 2 % (for above 5Km copper cable order); Steel 0.6%

Position Demands:

Traveling 20% in other plant locations.

Critical Success Factors - Essential:

BE Electrical / Mechanical with 0 to 1yrs. of Work Experience with relevant exposure in a product-based organization

Critical Success Factors - Desirable:

Work experience with Utilities & EPC in Cable

experience in HV / EHV (66/133/220/400 Kv) cable
