We are seeking an energetic and engaging Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our organization.

• Greet visitors with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, manage company news displays, and oversee registration portals.
• Actively participate in branding and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors professionally and ensure timely followups to meet deadlines.
• Anticipate the needs of staff and visitors and provide assistance accordingly.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer requirements and enhance their experience.
• Observe office routines and suggest automation opportunities for process improvement.
• Demonstrate empathy, willingness to go above and beyond, and resourcefulness in addressing unusual requests or circumstances.
• Serve as a great ambassador for our organization, embodying our values and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and resourceful in highpressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable about local area attractions and amenities.
• Fulltime availability.
