Our sales process is major - b2b and minor b2c.

Role - Sales Executive/ Engineer


  • Coordination, handling and doing business with existing customers - 60%
  • Sourcing new customers - 20%
  • Business reporting, Payment collection, order fulfilment, ensuring customer satisfaction - 20%
Process

  • 1. 7/8 days of training inside factory
2. 5/6 days of handholding with a senior sales person at office


  • Rest learning and performing on the job
Desirable

  • 1. Graduate/ HSC with positive attitude/ enthusiasm for sales role
  • Decent Hindi/ English communication
  • Disciplined and methodical approach
  • Follow up and attention to detail
  • Intermittent travelling within territory assigned - Customer meet, Sourcing new business, Customer support, payment collection, exhibitions, business meets
Commercials

  • Incentives extra from 2nd month

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 20% travel
