    This is a remoteposition.

    The AssistantManager/Manager will be responsible for developing corporaterelationships that promote retention and loyalty. This person willwork closely with Corporates ensure they are satisfied with theservices they receive and to improve upon areas of employeeengagement

    Primaryresponsibilities:

    Partner/AccountManagement I End to end delivery Renewals and crossselling Teamcollaboration and management.These include the belowdeliverables:

    • Reach out to Corporate (CSR& HR) get the mandate of planning and executing charityfundraising employee engagement and volunteeringevents
    • Manage and Build Corporaterelationships and ensure engagement throughout the year. Closelymonitoring Corporate requirements and come up with solutionsaccordingly
    • Innovate on sales strategy andlead generation channels. Work with prospective corporatesunderstanding their need and pitching the rightsolution.
    • Liaise with partners to identifytheir needs and to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct marketresearch gather information and negotiate contracts before closingdeals
    • Identify new and innovativerevenue opportunities and meet targets. Establish and maintain alevel of market/partner knowledge that can be utilized to assist inthe planning and support of present and futureevents
    • Coordination with the InsideSales Team for proposal preparation & submission based onthe program needs & dealclosure
    • Manage the funds inflow invoicingpayments and outstanding with the corporate partners. Work closelywith the program teams Inside sales team and social team to ensuretimely submission of quality reports and good visibility for Bhumiin the socialspace.
    EducationQualification /Experience:
    • Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA willbe an addedadvantage)
    • 13 years of work experience inmanaging corporatepartnerships
    • Any Banking / sales / corporatefundraising experience would be an advantage

    • Scope: PermanentFullTime
    • Designation: Assistant Manager toManager Based on the candidateprofile
    • Remuneration for Manager: CTC 912 LPA. including performance incentives based on the candidate sprofile
    • Remuneration for AssistantManager: CTC 6 9 LPA. including performance incentives based on thecandidate s profile
    • Expected Joining Date:Immediate


    Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact withlocal Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able todo house visits and good reachability in the community. Written andoral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an addedadvantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and collegedropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative andQuantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positivethoughts keen to learn new things. Education Qualification /Experience: MSW / MBA from a recognized university with 1-3 yearsof relevant experience Other Information: Designation: Associate,Skill-Ed, Student Mobilizer.
