Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound calls from existing customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Offer solutions to customer queries, explain products and services, and crosssell products as necessary.
- Take detailed notes on each call and follow up accordingly.
- Follow company policies when making outbound calls to potential customers
- Maintain customer databases and contact lists.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and CRM software.
- Graduated
Salary:
₹8, ₹22,000.00 per month
