Job Summary:


Axiom Landbase Pvt Ltd is seeking a
CRM Executive to join our team in Sector 28, Gurgaon (near Sikandarpur Metro Station).

You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing leads and inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Manage Excel of customer records, accounts, and documents
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Proficient in basic English communication

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com, MBA in Finance) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer care or a related field
  • Proficiency in Advance MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com, MBA in Finance) or equivalent qualification
