Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding visa requirements, processes, and documentation.
Assess client profiles and determine the most suitable visa options based on their profile.
Stay up to date with the latest immigration policies, procedures, and changes in visa regulations to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate and schedule client appointments for visa interviews, medical examinations, or other necessary procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to streamline processes, improve service quality, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Prior experience working in visa services, immigration consultancy, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Indepth knowledge of visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive and seamless client experience.
