Provide top-notch customer support, assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction

  • Qualify leads and conduct initial assessments to identify potential opportunities for our services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead conversion and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information
  • Provide support to the Marketing team with Marcomm Ops
