    Role Objectives


The incumbent is responsible for Production planning, Asset care and Execution in line with food and people safety meeting product Quality, Line Efficiency, and Yield within Budgeted figure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.
  • Work with production teams to ensure costeffective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
  • Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
  • Plan and assign daily job duties to supervisors
  • Recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
  • Provide job training, safety, Quality training to supervisors
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and define resolutions
  • Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Product Yield, Quality parameter and Line Efficiency delivery as per the set KPI
  • Spares management co ordinating with Maintenance team
  • Preventive maintenance Execution co ordinating with Operator and Maintenance team as per the schedule
  • Production entries in SAP
  • Root cause analysis for Failures
  • Lead Continuous improvement project
  • Co
- ordinate with NPD, Quality, Purchase, Finance and Logistic team for smooth operation

  • Responsible for Monthly /Fortnightly stock audit. Monthly Plant GMP /GHK audit and month end closure
  • Responsible for Plant hygiene standard ,5S and One point lesson implementation in Plant
  • Responsible for creating RCA for customer complaints and action plan implementation
  • 5 + years of Food Industry production line Experience (Extrusion and Biscuit industry operation preferably)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill
  • Effective communication skill
  • SAP knowledge
  • Exposure in spares management and Preventive maintenance of production line
