Description
Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITSM and CSM

Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations

Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web services

Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept

Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.

Primary Skills

ServiceNow ITSM & CSM

ServiceNow Integration OR Implementation

CSA certification is required.

Secondary Skills

Very good verbal and written English communication

Effective time management, team handling and organizational Responsibilities

Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices
