Responsibilities for Relationship Manager
- Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
- Build longterm relationships with clients and customers
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Notify the sales team of new sales and crossselling opportunities
- Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
- Encourage highsales and good customer service practices
- Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image
Qualifications for Sales Consultant
- Intuitive to customers needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- A background in customer service or sales is a plus
- Must be selfmotivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
SKILLS
- Good communication, writing and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
- Selfmotivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
- Good sales and negotiation skills

Minimum Graduate or Diploma
Salary:

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
