1.

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of graphic designers to achieve

departmental and company objectives.

Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to help

them develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Collaborate with HR to participate in the recruitment and onboarding of

new graphic designers as needed.


Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple design

projects simultaneously.

Set project priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure projects are completed

on time and within budget.

Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure that all design work meets

quality standards.


Design and Creativity:
Contribute to the design process by creating high-quality visual

content, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, and layouts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and encourage

your team to do the same.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align

with company objectives.


Communication and Collaboration:
Foster effective communication and collaboration within the design

team and with other departments.

Liaise with the Creative Director to align design initiatives with the

company's overall creative strategy.

Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate

feedback into the design process.


Quality Control:
Ensure all design work meets brand guidelines and maintains a

consistent visual identity.

Review and approve the final design deliverables to ensure they meet

the required standards.


  • Agency Experience is Must.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a
- range of design work.

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a design team or agency.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
  • Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple
- projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Pay:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
