Job Purpose:
To develop and manage effectively Sales network to meet business objectives, Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and maintaining Customer databases through sales
- Setting up meetings with the prospects and understanding their requirements and concerns.
- Establishing and developing business associations with channel partners.
- Negotiate/close deals by converting the leads to customers.
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
- Identifying business opportunities and mapping of territory to enhance the market share.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data & submit to Area Sales Manager on time.
- Maintaining relation with the existing customers.
- Ensuring sales target and its timely achievement.
- Participating in promotional events, trade exhibitions.
- Coordinate with territory retail stores time to time and take updates
about sales of products which are placed their and what is current status of stock, so that new stock requirement or expiry goods stock can be replaced and selling ratio can be identified.
Attend meetings at main Branch officeSkills:
- Relationship management and Android phone uses
- Strong in networking and personal vehicle required
- Negotiating skills with Grooming well personality
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass/ graduate in any stream
- Preferred FMCG/ Beverages/ any
- Experience of minimum 12 years in General Trade (Field Sales)
Job Types:

₹15, ₹24,000.00 per month
