    Description
    PTP product team is looking for a Product Manager – L&S to be based in Pune / Chennai. Our team is responsible for the Global Operational Cost and we work cross functionally to drive end to end process changes and technological developments to achieve improved business outcomes.

    He/ She will report to the Functional Product Owner for L&S and work closely with multiple operational and financial stakeholders. The Product SME/ Manager drives TMS (Multicarrier) projects and engages with operations, finance, and procurement communities across various levels in SD, Platform, Country Clusters, to ensure aligned approach to IT developments or enhancements that influences Product portfolio and functions to ensure required facilitation for the execution teams, optimum standardization and to ensure required support and co-ordination across functions and to actively drive automation around process whenever needed.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert for SAP TMS (Transport Management), Intermodal carrier haulage/ L&S processes
  • Work closely with the TMS project team, manage the TMS multi-carrier product roadmap (OP2 priority) ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals
  • Understand the operation integration of Telikos and TMS and define process requirements for long term solution
  • Own and maintain process landscape; monitor, prioritize and optimize existing processes
  • Define business requirements and related changes that support process solutions for NFTP
  • Provide input and designs solutions based on voice of customer, voice of process and best practices observed
  • Use agile and lean principles and practices in process designing/solutioning and continually align process performance with overall business goals
  • Create, manage and prioritizing process/product backlog
  • Capture and map user stories
  • Facilitate backlog grooming activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Finance, Operations and IT
  • Facilitate IT implementation across the process landscape
  • Defining key performance indicators, establishing targets within the processes and reviewing performance at agreed intervals
  • Understand the system integration layer between operation system with S4 and define trouble shooting approach for interface failures
  • Continuously scan the external / internal environment to benchmark, adopt best practices & generate transformation initiatives
  • Determine and translate compliance needs (process & legal) into the processes for seamless execution
  • Provide support to the execution teams viz process related queries
  • Collaborate proactively/effectively with multiple stakeholders in LOC, CEN and GSC
  • Aris mapping of the process E2E with risk and control identification
  • Translate risk, GIA/ GRC findings into IT solutions to ensure compliance needs are always addressed. Key Responsibilities

  • Able to create and measure the process maturity by qualitative and quantitative matrices such as process documentation (L5 SOP), Standardization, compliance & identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities for enhancement in business architecture.
  • Continuously improve the process Standardization Index (PSI) and process automation index (PAI)
