SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLES:
Ø Analysing the market for our product along with different industries.
Ø Capturing new area to market our product.
Ø Targeting new Customers from different industries.
Ø Getting business from New Customer
Ø Retain existing Customers and take new product business from them
Ø Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
Ø Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
Ø Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
Ø Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• M. Pharm, M. M.S.(Marketing), MBA Marketing
Experience:
• 3 – 8 years of Experience.
• Experience in Packaging &/or Pharma industry is preferred.
