Job Summary:
As a Back Office Executive at our overseas education consultancy firm, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management:
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain a systematic record-keeping system to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Communication Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between counselors, students, and external stakeholders.
- Application Processing:
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for counseling sessions and meetings with students.
- Manage counselor calendars and ensure efficient use of time.
- Database Maintenance:
- Regularly update and clean the student database to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Collaborate with vendors for services related to document verification, translation, and other backoffice support functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of vendor tasks.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts by conducting internal audits of documentation and processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Only Fresher's or 1 year Experienced can apply
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
