Job Description:

As a Branding Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the brand identity and reputation of our organization.

You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our company's goals and values.

Your creative vision and strategic thinking will help us differentiate ourselves in the market and build a strong brand presence.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand positioning.

Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual identity.

Oversee the development and execution of creative assets, including logos, packaging, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define brand messaging and positioning statements.

Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and market trends to optimize brand strategies and campaigns.

Provide guidance and support to internal teams, ensuring they understand and embody the brand values and messaging.

Plan and execute brand-focused events, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence and reach new audiences.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand positioning, and brand management principles.

Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficient in market research and analysis to identify target audience insights.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in brand management software and tools.

A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging branding practices.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
