• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative furniture concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
• Create detailed sketches, renderings, and technical drawings for various furniture pieces, considering functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Conduct thorough research on materials, finishes, and production techniques to ensure the highest quality standards for the final product.
• Work closely with the production team to oversee the development and manufacturing process, ensuring that designs are accurately translated into finished products.
• Engage in regular trend analysis and market research to identify emerging design trends and consumer preferences in the luxury furniture industry.
• Provide creative input and design recommendations for interior design projects that showcase the brand's furniture products in high-end residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to source premium materials and components for the production of luxury furniture pieces.
• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met within set deadlines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and product development strategies to enhance overall efficiency and innovation within the design department.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in luxury furniture design, interior design, or product design, preferably within the high-end furniture industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes specific to luxury furniture production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a creative team and liaise with various stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in furniture design projects.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and an understanding of the luxury market's demands and consumer preferences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.
