    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive team collaboration and accountability.
    • Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity and progress towards sprint goals.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and other key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive team culture that values transparency, accountability, and respect.
    • Act as a change agent, driving Agile transformation initiatives and promoting Agile adoption across the organization.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
    • Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading large teams (20+ members) in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
    • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
    • Experience with Agile tools and frameworks, such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
    • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
    • Passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to embrace change and new challenges.)
