Job Tasks, Duties & Accountabilities (TDA)
To supervise the day to day operations of the warehouse.

Petty cash management, bookkeeping for the respective warehouse.

Proper recording, sorting and arranging the inbound & outgoing stock.

Supervision and arrangement of labour as per the requirement.

Ensure the warehouse and its premises are neat and hygiene.

Coordination with the Transporters, Vehicle arrangements, Loading and unloading of stocks.

Maintain service logs, safety records, reverse logistics register etc.

Take in part of stock audits on a monthly basis and suggest necessary actions if required monthly basis


Key Result Areas
Completing the dispatch procedure within the TAT and zero escalations

Take part in decision making to control operation cost.

Maintaining physical stocks with zero deviation as per the system records.

Finding strategic & logical solutions for the problem occurs


Job Specification

Essential Factors

Education:

MBA in Logistics / Gradiation+ Diploma in Logistics & SCM Operations from a reputed institution.


Experience:
0-2 Years of experience in SCM, Logistics.


Competencies (Knowledge, Skill, Desired Org Behaviors):
i. Planning & Coordination Skills

ii. Multitasking and attention.

iii. Microsoft Office and other DTP tools.

iv. Flexibility and adaptability with the situations.

Supervision & Monitoring
The Loading Supervisor/workers will be under his supervision. Span of control is nil.

i. Regional Sales Heads, RSM, ASM etc.

ii. SBU's Sales, Division Sales Coordinators.

iii. Transporters, Dealers and other external Logistics interference.

iv. Land lord, Building owners of warehouse.

Working Environment


This role involves working from the office mostly and involves less travel except for role movements or for any temporary assignments.

Physical Stock as per records.

Office Computer or Laptop.

Smart Mobile Phone / Landline Phone.

Bike/Car/other Fixed assets booked under Warehouse.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
