Job Summary

Looking for Immediate Joiners to 25 days NP

Network Administrator


Experience: 8-10yrs


Location:
Noida


Shifts: 24*7

Hands-on Experience in Switching and Routing

Hands-on experience with cisco switches, and routers.

Experience with VPN Concentrator and F5 Load balancers


Strong knowledge of Firewalls such as Palo Alto Firewall, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Smoothwall, Forcepoint Stonesoft, Cisco Meraki Firewall technologies, and other similar technologies.

Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services

Hands-on experience on WLC(controllers)and Access Points.

Experience in RADIUS management

Experience in Streamcore Network Monitoring and controlling systems

Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers

Responsible for improving the performance of the customer network, devices, and services

Maintaining internal and customer communication during the ticket resolution


Execute project tasks, including but not limited to gathering customer technical requirements, and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other associated network devices if any.

Assist in the creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

MPLS & VPN Links (especially IPSEC LAN, LAN VPNs)

Responsible for documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge database

Training and Mentoring Level 1 network engineers and other staff as necessary

Experience in SDN - Software Defined Network will be an add-on advantage
