  1. Enterprise CRO Strategy Leadership

Develop and implement full-funnel CRO strategies across:

  • Product pages
  • Category pages
  • Checkout flows
  • Mobile journeys
  • Campaign landing pages
  • Focus on revenue growth, AOV uplift, and conversion acceleration.

  • UI/UX Department Leadership

Lead the UI/UX team to:

  • Design conversion-focused user journeys
  • Improve usability, clarity, and trust signals
  • Balance aesthetics with performance
  • Standardize design systems across clients
  • Ensure UX decisions are backed by behavioral data.

  • Customer Journey Architecture

Map and optimize:

Awareness Consideration Purchase

  • Retention journeys
  • Omnichannel experience flows
  • Cross-device continuity
  • Eliminate friction points in high-value retail journeys.

  • Experimentation & Testing Program Ownership

Build and scale an experimentation framework:

  • Hypothesis-driven testing roadmap
  • A/B & multivariate testing
  • Segmentation-based personalization
  • Statistical validity and reporting discipline

  • Retail & Category Intelligence

Deep understanding of:

  • Electronics, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.
  • Category-specific buyer psychology
  • High-ticket vs impulse purchase behavior
  • Seasonal and promotional dynamics
  • Apply retail context to optimization decisions.

  • Ecommerce Platform Expertise

Hands-on experience optimizing:

  • Magento / Adobe Commerce

  • Web & Product Analytics Leadership

Own analytics ecosystem including:

  • GA4
  • Adobe Analytics

  • Martech Ecosystem Architecture

Oversee integration of:

  • CDPs
  • Personalization engines

  • Personalization & Segmentation Strategy

Develop personalization frameworks:

  • Behavioral segmentation

  • Performance & UX Technical Alignment

Collaborate with development teams to:

  • Improve Core Web Vitals

  • Design standards
  • Testing frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years experience in CRO, UX, or digital optimization
  • Proven leadership in eCommerce growth environments

  • Experience managing UI/UX & analytics teams
  • Strong presentation & enterprise client-facing capabilities
  • Expertise in experimentation & statistical analysis
