- More than 10 years of experience in a similar role within the foundry industry
- Strong knowledge of centrifugal casting processes, techniques, and equipment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Oversee all operations of the centrifugal foundry plant, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes
- Manage and lead a team of plant employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements
