Required Skills:


  • Trained or experienced in digital marketing. Expertise in SEO/SMM.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Exceptional in English speaking, writing, editing, proofreading and research skills.
  • Resourceful, energetic, and cando attitude.
  • Work directly with digital marketing leads to support all aspects of digital marketing initiatives and daily work routine.
  • Coordinate work between different portfolio staff and the external stakeholders.
  • Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by portfolio leaders.
  • Assist in digital marketing activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training, as well as in fostering collaboration of endusers and key stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings; assist in the preparation, distribution of meeting agendas and draft minutes and summaries.
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the delivery team.
