Salary : 2LPA- 3LPA depending on the caliber + experience if any

Location :
Work from office

Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday; 10am -5pm

Responsibilities of the Strategist:

To lead the team with research and brainstorming new ideas

To lead, manage and maintain social media platforms with the team

To possess the ability to delegate the tasks properly

To maintain a pool of various influencers

To plan and conduct interviews with various influencers

To take the lead in planning and creating interesting social media campaigns

To curate engaging content (post, reels) for various social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

To measure, monitor and evaluate a brand's progress across different social media platforms and keep a track of competition too

To develop new strategies in line with emerging social media patterns and keep an eye
- out for them

To lead the team in video-editing

Requirements:

A graduate degree in any field

Proven work experience (1-2 year of work experience)

Good knowledge of various social media platforms

Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required

A basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO is required

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to think of creative ideas

Good team player and leadership skills

Be highly organised and detail-oriented

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
