We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert in the supply chain domain to join our dynamic team in Smartdocs.

As an SME, you will play a critical role in driving the development, implementation and enhancement of our supply chain software solution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of our product with industry best practices, optimize processes and provide expert guidance to both internal stockholders and customers.

Responsibilities:

Domain expert: Posses deep understanding in supply chain concepts, processes, and best practices within the software product industry. Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies and regulations in the supply chain field.

Product development: Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers and designers to contribute to supply chain domain expertise during the development and enhancement of software solutions. Provide insights to ensure our products address real world challenges and deliver maximum value to our clients.

Requirement gathering: Work with business analyst to collect, document, and prioritize supply chain-related requirements from clients and internal teams. Translate these requirements into actionable product features and specifications.

Solution design: Contribute to the design of Supply Chain software solution, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient and aligned with industry best practices. Provide guidance to UI, workflows and system integration.

Training and documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to educate both internal teams and end user on the supply chain functionalities of our products.

Thought leadership: Represent the company as a supply chain domain expert in industry conferences, webinars, and other knowledge-sharing platforms. Contribute to thought leadership content such as whitepaper, blog
- posts, and case studies.


Qualifications:

• Masters or Ph.

D. holder in supply chain management, business, or related field.

• Proven track record of working in a supply chain role within the software product industry, with at least 8 years of experience.
• Indepth knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, logistic procurement, and order fulfilment.
• Familiarity with supply chain software and technologies, including warehouse management systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and related tools.
• Related certifications in supply chain management and software product domain is a plus.
