Sales Coordinator.

Qualification:
Any Bachelor's degree (Degree in life Sciences is preferable)


Experience:
2- 3 years

The person in this role will work directly with the Sales Team based at our office in Thane, Maharashtra, and support them with a variety of responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and organized. The Business Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating with customers from West India or South India, leveraging proficiency in languages such
as Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, quotations, PI, orders, etc.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination between sales and internal departments.
  • Assist frontline sales associates/managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Provide support to clients regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability for customers.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing salesrelated events. Ensure that all salesrelated documentation and processes comply with company policies and quality standards.
  • Support the sales team in documentation by making entries of sales orders, enquiry and quotations in Tally
  • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized repository of tender documents.
  • Follow up with stakeholders for payments.

Skills Required:


  • Experience of 23 years in a sales support, coordination, or backoffice role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in any language such as Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Advanced Excel), and other relevant tools, with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
