    Description

    Responsibilities :


    We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin : product strategy: collaborate with pm and engineering teams to define and implement innovative product direction, visuals, and experience solutions.


    • Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and design decisions.
    • Information architecture design : create and refine the information architecture of our products to ensure content is organized logically and efficiently, making it easy for users to navigate and find the information they need.
    • User flow creation : develop clear and intuitive user flows that guide users through their journey within our apps, optimizing for ease of use, engagement, and conversion.
    • Usercentered design : advocate for our users in all aspects of your work.
    • Utilize user feedback, usability testing, and analytics to guide your design decisions.
    • Design leadership : mentor design interns and contribute to developing design processes, tools, and standards to elevate the team, and overall quality and efficiency.

    Requirements :
    Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.

    • 5+ years of relevant design experience in digital products.
    • A portfolio featuring examples of product design work.
    • Experience in product strategy, information architecture, and creating user flows is essential.
    • Visual design sense, skills in typography.
    • Experience in articulating and synthesizing design problems and solutions to a crossfunctional team.
    • Strong ux focus and understanding of human behavior.
    • Ability to use data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
    • Experience with a/b testing, analytics, and usability testing exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving startup environment.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
    • Strong customer empathy, and passion for delivering delightful user experiences.
