    Who We Are

    Wayfair runs the largest custom e-commerce large parcel network in the United States, approximately 1.6 million square meters of logistics space. The nature of the network is inherently a highly variable ecosystem that requires flexible, reliable, and resilient systems to operate efficiently.

    We are seeking a talented Lead UX Designer to join our in-house customer service product development team within Wayfair. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, a strong understanding of customer service workflows, and the ability to lead a portfolio of work to deliver innovative solutions.

    "What You'll Do"

    • Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for our customer service products, ensuring a user-centric approach and adherence to design best practices.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
    • Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and advocate for their integration into our product development process.

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web and mobile-web applications. E-commerce experience is highly desirable.
    • Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to launch, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, , etc.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
