We are hiring some talented and enthusiastic professionals for the post of
E-Commerce Executive for our firm
UCG Jewels LLP based in Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

• Ecommerce experience with minimum 1 to 3 years. Good communication written and speaking.
• Having vast knowledge in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Firstcry, Tata Cliq & others Marketplace platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and Managing Listings on all major ecommerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Firstcry, Tata Cliq & others Marketplace platforms.
• Planning and execution of inventory dispatches for Amazon FBA, Flipkart Smart fulfillment.
• Upload new products & update inventory of our products across ecommerce portals.
• Managing online orders, Product Cataloguing, Pricing, Description, and A+ Content.
• Managing Sale, Sale Returns and reconciliation.
• Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on Ecommerce websites / portals.
• Work closely with different teams (Ecommerce Manager, Graphics, Sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across ecommerce platforms.
• Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues them to the utmost satisfaction.
• Coordination with Logistics partners as and when required.
• Coordination with third party portals for shipping, returns, payments, issues, etc.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills and English knowledge.
• Multitasking.
• A Team player but can also work independently.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS excel, lookup, pivot tables, etc.
• Customer relationships
• Excellent writing skills
• Efficient and with attention to details.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹13, ₹30,000.00 per month
