- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. Basic computer skills and familiarity with data management systems. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
