    Job Title: Public Relations(PR) Executive

    Location: Noida, India

    Expected Salary- INR 25,000-INR 35,000

    Job Description:

    Rock My Sales is seeking an experienced and visionary PR Executive/ Senior Executive to lead our public relations department. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in crafting and executing impactful PR campaigns. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of the media landscape, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios with a focus on driving brand visibility and engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement innovative PR strategies and campaigns that align with client objectives and Rock My Sales' mission.
    • Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers across various industries.
    • Oversee the creation of press materials, including press releases, media kits, and presentations.
    • Manage crisis communication and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential negative impacts on client brands.
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns, using data to drive future strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and content, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, media landscape changes, and best practices in public relations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a PR Executive/ Senior Executive, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
    • A minimum of 1.5 years' experience in public relations, with a proven track record in managing successful PR campaigns and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Extensive network of media contacts and a proven track record of securing high-impact coverage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovate in the PR space.
    • Proficient in using PR software and tools for media monitoring and campaign management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
