Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Assist with HRrelated tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication.
  • Coordinate and manage miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and provide assistance as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media management, content creation and HR processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools like clickup, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
