GM Sales and Marketing


Requirements:

Self motivated Individual with thorough knowledge of Real Estate Industry
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Last 5 years in Real Estate Sales at Managerial post
Graduation in any field. MBA in Marketing added advantage.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills Excellent presentation skills, should be able to present in front of HNI and ultra HNI clients
Pleasing personality. Should be able to create an impression.
Leadership qualities


Experience:
10 to 20 years
Age 35 to 45
Salary Bracket 8 to 15 Lakh per annum


Sales and Marketing:
Take care of Sales, pre-sales, CRM and Marketing divisions.
Conceptualizing Lead generation strategies.
Generating leads of HNI Clients Meeting HNI groups and presenting the project to them
Active contribution in closure of new sale.
Sales forecasting and Sales planning
Maintaining sales and marketing reports.
Channelize local broker networks.
Dealing with Investors for bulk bookings.

Media
Dealing with Ad agencies (Majorly Digital and outdoor)
Media planning and Media Buying.
Negotiating with the Media.
Doing constant research on media used and their results, and changing strategies or media spend accordingly


Team management:
Recruiting new people at various posts
Administering Site Sales, pre-sales and CRM executives
Managing all team members and monitoring performance
Mentoring and training of colleagues for better performance
Should have "Lead by example" approach

General Administration & Post Sales Activities:
Participate in Property expos. Conceptualize and execute Expo Stalls.
Monitor and update all transactions on MIS
Periodic presentations with promoters on the performance of sales division.(Weekly/Monthly)
Manage Site office, Site staff etc Coordination with Site office to check for visitors and inquiries
Supervise the registration and post sales activities
Attend to buyer requirements
Maintain construction updates and coordinate with buyers
Handover of property to buyers
