Description
Role and Responsibilities- Managing Accounts in a Team at HO, Stores and Branches.
- Updates for Collections of receivables and preparing statements on a regular basis & Meeting the deadline in collection of payments.
- Debtors management, viz:
- Reconciliation and recoveries.
- Ensure high level of customer relationship with all accounts.
- All commercial & accounting activities from the initial stage till the finalization of accounts which includes sales as well as project accounting. Settlement of accounts related to Project and corporate office.
- Compute and ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other requirements.
- Audit preparation & updation of all documents related to statutory Audit.
- Stock handling
- Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports.
- Coordinating with all Warehouses, Storesshowrooms and Branch managers for proper Purchase & Sales Order Processing, Billing & Delivery of goods and collection from Debtors.
- Fund Management (Banking-Receipt & Payment Controlling) including anywhere banking & reconciliation of all Bank Accounts and Reporting thereof to top Management on weekly basis.
Salary:
₹300, ₹550,000.00 per year
