Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Content Development
Multi-Channel Communication
- Manage and contribute to the development of multichannel communication across various touchpoints including the IPRS website, podcast, YouTube channel, social media platforms, handbook, manuals, and other communication requirements.
- Collaborate with the Communication Head and regional teams to organize events and activities aimed at member engagement and brand initiatives.
- Contribute value through ideation, stakeholder outreach, content development, messaging, preevent, and postevent promotion, as well as PR coverage and amplification across online and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for required content and marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Connect with industry insiders and artists in various regions to organize webinars and seminars, facilitating knowledge sharing and networking opportunities.
- Liaise with PR, digital, and external agencies to ideate, brief, and lead campaigns, promotions, and activities aligned with business objectives and newage PR content requirements.
- Monitor and update IPRS' social media pages and website regularly, ensuring timely and engaging content updates.
- Ensure brand compliance and awareness by tightening adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and touchpoints.

Work closely with the Corporate Communication Head on internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skills:
- Captivating storytelling abilities to effectively engage audiences.
- Indepth knowledge of the music industry in India and abroad will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital media trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks independently.
- Innovative thinking and ability to think outofthebox to drive impactful campaigns.
- Accountability and ownership for tasks from inception to completion.
Salary:
₹400, ₹450,000.00 per year
