- CRM
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships within an organization.
Their primary role is to implement and oversee CRM strategies and systems to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
- Developing CRM Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to formulate effective CRM strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify areas for improvement in customer engagement and develop plans to address them.
- CRM
System Management:
Implement and manage CRM systems or software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data. Ensure the system is up-to-date and provides accurate information for analysis and decision-making.
- Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and sales performance. Generate reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders for strategic decisionmaking.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment customer data based on various criteria such as demographics, purchase behavior, preferences, and loyalty. Develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns to maximize customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on CRM system usage and best practices. Ensure the entire team understands the importance of CRM and their role in maintaining accurate customer data.
- Collaboration with Departments: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with their respective goals and objectives. Foster crossfunctional collaboration to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Data Privacy and Security: Ensure customer data is handled securely and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Implement data privacy policies and protocols to safeguard customer information.
- Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to drive innovation and improvement in CRM strategies and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages.
- Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
