Job Summary
Identify new business opportunities through developing existing and new business accounts in the field of logistics and transportation. Undertake new business sales calls to win new business. Field visits for Sales call to get new business.


Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop
    FTL (Full truckload), Warehousing & Distribution Business for the company through approaching new business customers.
  • Generate leads through existing and new contacts for business in the field of FTL
  • Daily Sales calls visit to customers
  • Focus on winning and keeping a profitable business.
  • To develop and maintain a good relationship with the managerial level staff at the customer's end
  • Develop a system for strong payment followup and should be able to take responsibility for accounts and outstanding.
  • Develop Vendor, vehicle owners/brokers network.
  • Field Marketing to win new business.

Skills and Competencies

  • Business Professional.
  • Mentally strong to do sales and marketing
  • Hard worker. Must enjoy fieldwork and sales calls.
  • Confidence in undertaking presentations to the vast number of people
  • Analytic skills to review both financial and operational data.
  • Proven Negotiation Skills complied with the ability to close business wins
  • Customerorientated & team player
  • Able to work under pressure where needed
  • Able to travel to other cities
  • Good time management techniques
  • Excellent reporting abilities

Salary:
₹550, ₹700,000.00 per year

  • Day shift

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Business development: 5 years (preferred)
