About the Role

Responsibilities

Responsible for working on low/moderate/high complexity/priority cases, depending on the queue type and the complexity of the review
Meets SLA by providing timely and quality work
Actively participates in team activities
Contributes in achieving team goals and willing to take initiatives
Partner with appropriate resources to seek out solutions to problems
Perform duties and assignments within established timeframes, ensuring proper followup and completion
Ability to work overtime during peak volume times
Having Foreclosure knowledge will be an added advantage

Required Qualifications

Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of the banking industry
Good analyzing and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
Excellent English comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

Quick learner
Highly motivated individual who is able to work well independently and in a team environment
Ability to recognize and escalate issues to management for any process breaches
Ability to multitask to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship.
