ROLE:
Principal - SAP BASIS

ROLE DESCRIPTION- Ensure that the systems are kept in the latest versions, based on Customer requirementsOrganisational mandates.- This requires meticulous planning and coordination with various teams and alignment with various key stakeholders.- Work closely with other Infra team to ensure that changes are planned and scheduled in respective windows and approvals are obtained well in advance and changes are performed in change window, executed and tested and released to users on time.- End to end technical delivery Technical knowhow individual should have an appetite to upgrade self in technology space.- SAP Basis and Infrastructure knowledge is a must to have to perform this role and you should update your skills on a day to basis to adapt the changing technology around us and drive innovation projects for customer.- Actively participating in design discussion ,Security assessment, DevOps review ,planning collaborating for delivery- Performance review Periodically review system KPIs with performance task force and ensure all KPIs are showing healthy values.- In case there is a concern in terms of forecasting and clear trend of performance going downward, root cause needs to be arrived at and drive responsible teams to fix it.- For upcoming projects detailed solution review needs to be conducted and performance benchmarks to be shared.- Therefore, its critical to know different performance standards and foresight for impacts of changes.- Stake holder Management Manage multiple flavours of systems and interact with resources in multiple geographies and regions to ensure that you understand and manage customer expectations.- You also will be responsible to run governance forums and update major stakeholders on the progress of the programs and operations on a timely basis.- In case of priority and business critical incidents you might expected to work through the period of incidents in capacity of SME to share valuable inputs and ensure systemsperformance are restored.- In the aftermath of performance incidents and system outages, heshe provides input to the root cause analysis.- For this purpose, works closely together with the other teams.

- Cloud knowhow Azure is added advantage

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g.
