    Job Overview

    We are currently seeking a skilled Cimatron CNC Programmer (VMC/Turning) to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating Cimatron software for VMC and Turning machines. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in programing and operating CNC machines, specifically with Cimatron software. This is a full-time position based in Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in programming and operating CNC machines
    • Proficient in using Cimatron software for VMC and Turning machines
    • Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications
    • Experience with setup and maintenance of CNC machine fixtures, tools, and equipment
    • Attention to detail and high precision in machining operations
    • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities
    • Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Program and operate CNC machines using Cimatron software
    • Create and modify CNC programs based on engineering blueprints and specifications
    • Set up and maintain fixtures, tools, and equipment for CNC machine operations
    • Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machine programming and operation
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
    • Stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies in CNC machining
