    Position:CNC Plasma Cutting Programmer CumOperator

    Salary:2000 AED FA 300 AED Location:UAE

    Qualifications:

    • Diplomain Mechanical/IndustrialEngineering
    • Proficiencyin operating CNC Plasma machines specifically HYPERTHERM 400XD/800XD
    • Expertisein AutoCAD integration for plasmamachines
    • Familiaritywith machine operations andmaintenance
    • Abilityto interpret technicaldrawings

    Responsibilities:

    OperationalEfficiency:

    • OperateCNC Plasma machines efficiently andsafely.
    • Ensure proper setupcalibration and operation of machines according tospecifications.
    • Monitor machineperformance and make necessary adjustments to optimize cuttingprocesses.

    ProgrammingandIntegration:

    • ProgramCNC Plasma machines using AutoCAD for 2D and 3Ddesigns.
    • Integrate AutoCAD designsseamlessly into plasma cuttingprocesses.
    • Troubleshoot and debugprograms as needed to ensure accuratecutting.

    MaintenanceandTroubleshooting:

    • Performregular maintenance on CNC Plasma machines to ensure optimalperformance.
    • Troubleshoot anddiagnose mechanical electrical and programmingissues.
    • Coordinate with maintenancetechnicians for repairs and replacements whennecessary.

    QualityAssurance:

    • Inspectfinished products to ensure they meet quality standards andspecifications.
    • Make adjustments tocutting parameters as needed to improve quality andefficiency.
    • Maintain accuraterecords of production data and quality controlmeasures.

    SafetyandCompliance:

    • Adhereto all safety protocols and regulations while operating CNC Plasmamachines.
    • Ensure properhandling and disposal of materials and waste in accordance withcompany policies and environmentalregulations.
    • Maintain a clean andorganized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficientworkflow.


    Requirements

    • Proficientin operating CNC Plasma machines particularly HYPERTHERM 400XD/800XD.
    • Advancedknowledge of AutoCAD for 2D and 3D design andintegration
    • Familiarity withsoftware such as Most2d Proe MasterCam UniGraphics (NX7.5) andAnsys.
    • Abilityto troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and programmingissues.
    • Analytical mindset withattention to detail to identify and address potentialproblems.
    • Effective communicationskills to collaborate with team members and convey technicalinformation.
    • Ability to workindependently as well as part of a team to achieve productiongoals.
    • Willingness to adapt tochanging production requirements andpriorities.
    • Ability to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining qualitystandards.
    • Strong organizationalskills to manage multiple tasks and prioritieseffectively.
    • Attention to detail toensure accuracy in programming setup and qualitycontrol.



    Benefits
