Location:
Eye Mantra Hospital, Delhi, Pashim vihar


Position Overview:

As a Hospital Sales executive, you will play a crucial role in our hospital's growth and outreach efforts.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential patients, physicians, and healthcare organizations over the phone to promote our hospital's services and offerings.

This role requires a persuasive communicator with a passion for healthcare and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities via telephone to introduce our hospital's services and specialties.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships through effective communication and followup.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Keep abreast of hospital services, facilities, physicians, and special programs to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with hospital objectives.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas through proactive selling and upselling.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads accurately in the CRM system.
  • Attend sales training sessions and departmental meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:


  • Proven work experience in telesales, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsoriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology, services, and industry trends is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
