As a HubSpot Sales Hub Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of our sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to own and maintain the HubSpot Sales Hub platform, ensuring a seamless and productive experience for our sales personnel.

This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, HubSpot functionality, and the ability to create effective workflows and automations.


What do we want to achieve together?:


  • Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of the HubSpot Sales Hub, managing all aspects of the platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Workflow and Automation Creation: Design, implement, and maintain workflows and automation within HubSpot to streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency.

User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to sales team members, assisting with HubSpot-related queries and conducting training sessions to enhance platform literacy.

Data Management and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales data within HubSpot through regular audits and data management practices.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the sales team's productivity and the platform's effectiveness.

Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales management to understand their needs and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within HubSpot to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.


What do you need to be successful in this role?:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and how they can be optimized within HubSpot.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into HubSpot solutions.
  • Ability to create and manage complex workflows and automation.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities, with an internal customerfocused mindset.
  • Experience working on CRM migrations (desired)

What you need to know?:


  • Be willing to work EMEA hours.
  • Have experience working with international teams.
  • Certification in HubSpot Sales Software
