Lloyds Register and a recently divested division are embarking on an ambitious transformative programme of work to consolidate global payroll provision and processes with a single global provider.

The role is to support with the end-to-end payroll and vendor's management.

The role

  • Handle outsourced payroll administration responsibilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and data effectively and efficiently
  • Operate in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Liaise effectively with team members of all levels and align on relevant tasks towards a highquality outcome.
  • Gather and transmit accurate information to Payroll Application (vendor)
  • Review of payroll outputs through the Payroll Application portal.
  • Report to the Payroll Manager to ensure all law and payroll tax obligations are met.
  • Address basic payroll issues with the vendor, employees and other stakeholders
  • Process and ensure data are controlled and distributed in compliance with local legislation.
  • Support with other payroll ad hoc requirements as necessary

What you bring

  • A degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting field
  • Previous exposure to customer service environment or handling payroll administration is preferred.
  • Computer literacy in MS office tools and especially Excel
  • Proven experience as payroll administrator is essential but not mandatory
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
  • Demonstrable organisational skills, managing complex priorities effectively within tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail reviewing and completing data accurately
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and prepared to take on new challenges
  • Fluent written and spoken English (and local language, as applicable) with ability to liaise effectively with internal and external personnel.
