We are a 14 year young recruitment firm named "ArCent", based at Delhi, but delivering globally.


Their PPP experience includes (IPPs/IWPPs/IWSPPs) in Power -Renewable (Hydro, Solar, Wind, Biomass), Conventional (Coal, Gas, Oil), Water, Wastewater, District Cooling, Transport, Real Estate, Telecom, Social Infrastructure (Education, Healthcare).

They engage with various financial entities such as Multilateral Institutions (World Bank, IFC, ADB, AFDB, EBRD, EIB), Bilateral Institutions (FMO, Proparco, DEG), Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), Governments, Private Developers and various Commercial Banks.

CURRENT MANDATE - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (two similar resources)

FOR CORPORATE AND PROJECT FINANCE CONSULTING AND ADVISORY SERVICES


KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners by managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc., and taking minutes of the meetings.
  • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by Partners, committees and executives.
  • Responsible for preparing reports & dashboards.
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in book keeping and settlement of travel claims.
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that work priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved and best practices are upheld.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.

From ₹75,000.00 per month
