Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Service Delivery of EndtoEnd Logistics Products like storage, first & last mile, container handling, warehousing and other valueadded products
- Coordination with third party service provider.
- On boarding and post sales coordination with customers
- By delivering on agreed service level agreement and exception management
- Driving product profitability through error free and timely execution.
- Engage customer to cross sell & up sell from DP World product portfolio.
- Maintain efficiency & productivity of the business assigned.
- Compliance & adherence to all our company's policies
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.
- Collaborate with sales and product team
Service Delivery
- Take over the complete life cycle of customer from Sales post business is won.
- Customer Onboarding.
- Proactively planning & coordination.
- Reporting & Performance Management.
- Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the products within the BU
- Increase in productivity through process efficiency
- Managing exceptions through coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
- Have a thorough understanding of local market pricing
Financial
- Proactively monitor Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively
- Manage accounts payable to vendors
- Review Daily BU shipments MIS
- Ensure any contracts, vendor, customer or other, are reviewed in accordance to company contract policies prior to being signed.
- Promote compliance by diligently following all company policies and regulations.

Qualification:
- Preferably Post graduate with a solution bend of mind towards customers.
- Prior Knowledge of multimodal logistics solutions a must.
- Customer centric/focused and actively works on process improvement.
- Good communications & interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, power point etc.)
- Negotiation skills
- Influencing skills
- Ability to both work with strategic/tactical issues as well as execute operational tasks
- Market insight and network
- Experience of 45 years in logistics industry.
