Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Service Delivery of EndtoEnd Logistics Products like storage, first & last mile, container handling, warehousing and other valueadded products
  • Coordination with third party service provider.
  • On boarding and post sales coordination with customers
  • By delivering on agreed service level agreement and exception management
  • Driving product profitability through error free and timely execution.
  • Engage customer to cross sell & up sell from DP World product portfolio.
  • Maintain efficiency & productivity of the business assigned.
  • Compliance & adherence to all our company's policies
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and product team

Service Delivery

  • Take over the complete life cycle of customer from Sales post business is won.
  • Customer Onboarding.
  • Proactively planning & coordination.
  • Reporting & Performance Management.
  • Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the products within the BU
  • Increase in productivity through process efficiency
  • Managing exceptions through coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Have a thorough understanding of local market pricing

Financial

  • Proactively monitor Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively
  • Manage accounts payable to vendors
  • Review Daily BU shipments MIS
  • Ensure any contracts, vendor, customer or other, are reviewed in accordance to company contract policies prior to being signed.
**Compliance

  • Promote compliance by diligently following all company policies and regulations.
  • Integrity is out culture & our responsibility as managers to exemplify & lead

Qualification:

  • Preferably Post graduate with a solution bend of mind towards customers.
  • Prior Knowledge of multimodal logistics solutions a must.
  • Customer centric/focused and actively works on process improvement.
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, power point etc.)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Ability to both work with strategic/tactical issues as well as execute operational tasks
  • Market insight and network
  • Experience of 45 years in logistics industry.
