Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs and expenses
• Develop and implement effective control systems to ensure cost efficiency
• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to F&B operations
• Train and educate staff on cost control measures and best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
