Vijaykumar Hulikal - a distinguished scientist who pursued his Post-Doctorate work at Université Louis Pasteur,Strasbourg, France and also at University of Zürich, Switzerland.
He then spent 15 years working as a senior scientist at AstraZeneca in India. His vision for BioOrganics is "a seamless amalgamation of academia and industry."Location:

About the Role:
An Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining and compiling financial information.
The roles and responsibilities for this job description include monitoring daily cash exchanges, reviewing the budget and controlling the expenses of the company, reporting the bank statements, interacting with internal and external auditors for auditing purpose and ensuring that the company standards are met within all aspects.
The individual should report the accounting issues and results in a higher authority.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Accounts Executive should have good knowledge of accounting practices.
- Executive should be well versed with the accounting aspects, have good communication skills
- He is responsible for timely collection of all Outstanding, with regular followup, while maintaining good relationship with the customers.
- Timely sending of shipment invoice to customers and tracking the check for the GRN Issue with customers
- The individual should be able to work under pressure and handle complexity and have good knowledge of accounting practices
- Keeping the sales data updated in the system.
- Responsible for carrying our all the bank related formalities and work.
- Proficient in preparing reconciliation statements and financial statements.
- Experience on analyzing and maintaining financial statements, ledgers and trial balance.
- Experience on consolidating monthly financial results for top management reporting.
- Having good exposure of payroll statement in (tally erp. 9) and excel.
- Experience in managing general financial functions in coordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.
- Keeping upto date data on accounts payable and timely releasing payments to vendors.
- Hardworking, interested in learning new technologies, with good written and verbal communication skills and adept at working in both team environments as well as individually. Fast learner, selfdriven and highlymotivated with good problem solving skills.
Desired Skills& Qualifications:
- Post Graduate / Graduates having BCOM/ MCOM and/or any other related finance degrees.
- At least 23 years of work experience in similar profiles
- Comfortable with computer working and proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Tally and other
- Knack for negotiating and networking
- A sense of ownership and willingness to stretch oneself to achieve the objectives is key to this role
